Safety First
 
Emergency Egress - Emergency access to all areas should be provided to facilitate extrication of injured participants. 
 
Handicap Access - In keeping with the Americans with Disabilities Act, all restrooms, drinking fountains and viewing areas must be fully accessible. 

The Rules:
These are the rules of the park. Failure to follow them will result in immediate removal from the skate park.

1.

Everyone must sign a liability waver.  Everyone under 18 years of age MUST have a parent or legal guardian PRESENT to sign a liability waiver, which will be kept on file.

2.

You must be 7 years of age or older to skate in the park during peak hours.

3.

All participants must wear helmets, kneepads, and elbow pads.

4.

Participants under 13 years of age must wear wrist guards in addition to their helmets, kneepads, and elbow pads.

5.

All participants under 10 years of age must be supervised by a parent or guardian.

6.

No loitering in front or on the sides of the building.

7.

No profanity.

8.

No alcohol or drugs in or around this building.

9.

No open drink containers or food allowed in the park.

10.

No smoking.

11.

No fighting in or around the building.

12.

No chew spitting.

13.

No graffiti or tagging.

14.

No stealing.

15.

The Board of Health requires shirts and shoes to be worn at all times (indoor parks only).

16.

Clean up after yourself, help put away equipment when the session closes.

17.

No attitudes.
